Escalade Sports acquired
substantially all of the assets of Trophy Ridge in February 2007. Trophy ridge
makes various well recognized accessories for hunting bows including the
vertical pin bow sight and drop zone arrow rests.
Escalade acquires Woodplay
On February 27, 2006, the
Company purchased the Woodplay product line which is composed of premium quality
residential play sets made from stained redwood. “The Woodplay brand adds
additional product depth to the Company’s premium product offerings in the
wooden play systems market” stated Jim Allshouse, President of Escalade Sports.
“Together with ChildLife which was acquired early last year, our dealers now
have an exciting and unique array of products to offer their residential
customers.” Escalade Sports will sell the Woodplay and ChildLife product through
its nationwide network of dealers.
Sporting
Goods
Escalade Sports manufactures and sells a variety
of sporting goods that include table tennis, pool and game tables; basketball
hoops; Darts and Accessories; Archery equipment; and personal fitness products. Utilizing strong, well-recognized brand
names such as Ping Pongâ, Harvardâ,
and Goalrillaä; Escalade Sports sells
its products through quality retailers and sports specialty stores.
Office and Graphic Arts
Products
Martin Yale is a
multinational manufacturer and distributor of
a wide variety of office products including paper folding machines, paper
trimmers, paper punches, data shredders, and office accessories such as keyboard drawers and
copyholders. Brands include Martin Yaleä,
Premierâ,
Masterä,
Intimus, and Mead Hatcherä.
Martin Yale sells its products through a combination of distributors and
office supply retailers.
